It is intended to provide general information about our business and desktop software products, as well as contact details for enquiries. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with the Website is to discontinue use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Deep Root Galaxy, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Deep Root Galaxy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Deep Root Galaxy's total aggregate liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD 10.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deep Root Galaxy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use or misuse of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any cause of action you may have against Deep Root Galaxy must be commenced within one (1) year after it accrues, or it shall be permanently barred.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; any unauthorised assignment is void. Deep Root Galaxy may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deep Root Galaxy with respect to the Services and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Your continued use of the Services after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
